raymond drabicki, md

Dr. Drabicki was raised in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Pine-Richland High School. After receiving a biology degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, he attended and received his doctor of medicine degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Drabicki's professional training includes a five year Orthopaedic Surgery residency completed at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition, he completed a one year fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Jackson, Mississippi. As a part of his fellowship, he also had the opportunity to train at the Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In Mississippi and Louisiana, Dr. Drabicki served as a team physician for Jackson State University and Tulane University. He has also participated in the care of athletes at several Pittsburgh and Jackson, Mississippi high school athletic programs.

Dr. Drabicki practices orthopaedic surgery with special expertise in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. He also has extensive training in shoulder and knee replacement surgery. During his residency and fellowship, he made numerous scientific presentations and published several articles and chapters related to arthroscopic surgery and sports related injuries. Currently, he is active in a number of surgical specialty organizations.
